Stacey Marie Carnival Palette – Smokey Pinks

This is a look I done a few days ago on my friend Georgia. I used the Stacey Marie Carnival Palette which I finally got my hands on!

I buy palettes quite frequently so I don’t get impressed easily but oh my god this palette is amazing!!

I began by using my Mac Paintpot in ‘soft ochre’ all over the lid right up to the eyebrows. Ive recently fallen in love with soft ochre and now prefer it to my old favourite ‘painterly’. Soft ocre is lighter and provides a brighter base for your eyeshadows to adhere to. It also acts like a concealer and carves out the bottom of the brows saving an extra step.

I started with the shade ‘guilty’ and applied it all along the crease of the eye. I then deepened the outer corner with the shade ‘liquor’. Using a clean fluffy brush I blended all the shades together and dragged the shades outwards in true Stacey Marie style.

I next took the Jeffree Star liquid lipstick in the shade ‘Drug Lord’ (the white one) with a flat concealer brush to cut the crease. Again light/white bases provide a brilliant base for the eyeshadows to pop on top of.

I then created a gradient on the lid using ‘foolish’ then ‘funki’ then finally ‘wasted’ on the outter corner. I then took the shade ‘pink me’ on a small clean brush and applied it under the brow bone. I was shocked to see ‘pink me’ transform in to a sort of holographic light pink shade when it hit the top of the crease colour. I loved this outcome so then applied the same shade to the tear duct area to tie it all together.

For under the eyes I just used the purple shade ‘wasted’ smoked out with a black eyeliner.

To finish up the eyes I just smoked out the upper lash liner with some creamy black liner and set with with the black eyeshadow from the Jeffree Star Alien Palette. (Black is the only thing missing from the carnival palette). I applied Nars Climax mascara and threw on some random lashes (sorry I don’t know what ones they are) using my duo lash glue.

For eyebrows I used the BBB London Ultra Slim Brow Definer in the shade ‘indian chocolate’ and brushed them up using the wet n wild clear mascara.

For the base I used my trusty go-to foundation; Mac Studio Fix Fluid mixed with Mac strobe cream in ‘goldlite’. I bounced this combo in to the skin using my Beauty blender. I then used my Too Faced Born this Way naturally radiant concealer under the eyes and set everything with the Fenty Beauty invisimatte blotting powder.

To complete the face I finished off with Mac ‘Peaches’ blusher, Estee Lauders Bronze Goddess bronzer in the shade Medium 02 and the Jeffree Star skin frost in ‘sarcophagus’.

To finish off for lips I used ‘Coconut’ lipliner from Kylie Cosmetics topped with the new NYX candy slick glowy lip colour in ‘smore please’. I then set everything with the Gerard Cosmetics slay all day coconut setting spray.
